The PrecisionCoat BT applies materials via configurable conformal coating and/or dispense valves (up to two) that move along three axes (x, y and z) with a command accuracy of ±0.0001 inch (0.003 mm) and ±0.003 inch (0.08 mm) repeatability. Its proprietary Windows®-based software platform features a user-friendly interface for ease of programming and system operation. Additionally, the offline programming feature ensures downtime is kept to a minimum. For maximum flexibility, the system’s Cycle Start button initializes the last downloaded profile, which is stored in the controller so a computer need not be present during coating.
