Keith’s career is rooted in manufacturing engineering, serving in that capacity with Fujitsu after getting his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Southern Methodist University. From there, he transitioned to the capital equipment side of the business with Speedline Technologies, holding positions in engineering, product management, sales and executive management. He also held the position of president/CEO with Photo Stencil.

With a focus on client satisfaction, Keith is a strong advocate of becoming a part of his customers’ teams. This focus applies across the board, from understanding production processes, to maintaining a line card of industry leaders, to providing post-sale support.

When he’s not busy with FHP, Keith enjoys raising and showing champion Bloodhounds, fishing and hunting.

Tracy started her career in environmental engineering after receiving her degree in petroleum engineering. Her extensive experience in this area coincides nicely with the environmental challenges facing the electronics industry. A registered professional engineer in the State of Texas, Tracy enjoys helping people set up processes that bring “order from chaos” (her own words). This same spirit drives the entrepreneur in Tracy and has stoked her enthusiasm for growing FHP Reps.

Like husband Keith, Tracy enjoys raising and showing their Bloodhounds. She also enjoys reading and gardening in her spare time.

Tracy started his 15+ years in the electronics industry in a true, hands-on capacity, working directly in assembly with wave soldering and aqueous cleaning. This experience set the stage for the transition to field service engineering where he has over 12 years of experience with process development, installation, programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Electrovert equipment. He particularly enjoys the challenge of defect reduction and attacking unique process issues.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys running and being outdoors.

The term “industry veteran” is often overused, but with more than 40 years of industry experience, it definitely applies to Kevin. Kevin has a background ideally suited to serving FHP customers with experience in manufacturing, capital equipment, consumables, tooling and sales engineering. He founded a WepcoVinetk Technical Sales; served as regional sales manager with PACE; worked in manufacturing engineering and sales with Rogers Corporation, Adflex Solutions and SmartFlex Systems; and has process development experience with Motorola.

Kevin applies this broad-based background to his passion – working with a wide variety of people on a wide variety of equipment and processes. His other passion? Playing drums in a classic rock/country group, the Saguaro Sunset Band.

David has nearly 30 years of experience in the electronics industry beginning with NEC as a production supervisor. From there he joined Streckfuss in technical support, and eventually was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing. In 1996, he became regional sales manager with Camalot, part of Speedline Technologies. At Speedline, David held both regional and corporate account responsibilities, including the Western U.S. and South America. In 2007, David joined Photo Stencil as vice president of sales with worldwide responsibilities.

When he’s not working with FHP customers, David enjoys golfing and skiing.

Manuel Estrada provides sales and service support to the northern Mexico market. With over 25 years of experience in the electronics industry, he worked with Speedline as a service engineer and with Southwest Systems in sales and service. In addition, Manuel served as a maintenance engineer with Altec Electronics and as operations manager with Thomson. He prides himself in knowing that he can take apart what he sells and put it back together again!

Manuel enjoys traveling throughout his territory and meeting new people. Back home, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, golfing and soccer.
